Inner Awakening Retreat – Mounam Yoga Farm
Why Tantra ?
Welcome to the Tantra Era
People today are tired of living in separation.
Tired of choosing between the body and the spirit, desire and divinity, pleasure and meditation, masculine and feminine, the inner world and the outer world.
Perhaps it is time to stop fighting with life and start meeting ourselves completely.
Welcome to the Tantra Era.
Tantra: The Path of Wholeness
Tantra is the path of integration and wholeness.
It does not ask us to reject life in order to discover the sacred. Instead, it invites us to recognize the sacred within life itself — within the body, breath, emotions, relationships, sexuality, creativity, silence, and every experience of being human.
Tantra teaches:
Nothing needs to be denied. Everything can become a doorway to awareness.
The body is not an obstacle to spirituality.
The body is a temple of consciousness.
Emotions are not something to suppress.
They are energies waiting to be understood, experienced, and liberated.
Desire is not something to condemn.
When approached consciously, desire can become a doorway into deeper awareness.
Sexual energy is not only about sexuality.
It is an expression of the fundamental life force — the energy of creation, vitality, connection, and transformation.
Meditation is not only about sitting with closed eyes.
It is the art of becoming so present that life itself becomes meditation.
Tantra: The Union of Opposites
Within every human being exist many apparent opposites:
- Masculine and feminine
- Stillness and movement
- Surrender and will
- Silence and expression
- Strength and softness
Tantra does not ask us to choose one and reject the other.
It invites us to bring these opposites into harmony.
When inner conflict begins to dissolve, energy becomes available.
We become:
- More alive
- More embodied
- More sensitive
- More aware
- More present
Tantra is the realization that completeness comes not from rejecting parts of ourselves, but from embracing all that we are.
Tantra: A Journey Inward
Tantra is a journey from unconscious living to conscious awareness.
It is a movement:
From repression to expression.
From tension to relaxation.
From fragmentation to wholeness.
From identification to witnessing.
From fear to trust.
From simply existing to truly living.
The Tantric journey asks us to meet ourselves exactly as we are.
Not the person created by conditioning, expectations, and social identities.
But the deeper being that exists beneath all roles, beliefs, and limitations.
To meet oneself is the beginning of freedom.
Why Tantra Matters Today
Perhaps this is why Tantra is becoming increasingly relevant in the modern world.
A humanity exhausted by separation is longing for integration.
A humanity overwhelmed by the mind is longing to return to the body.
A humanity disconnected from its own life force is longing to feel alive again.
Tantra offers an invitation:
To come home.
Home to the body.
Home to the breath.
Home to the heart.
Home to awareness.
Home to the mystery of existence itself.
The Tantra Era
Tantra is not about becoming someone else.
It is about discovering who you truly are when everything false begins to fall away.
It is the journey of remembering your natural state of being.
Welcome to the Tantra Era.
The era of wholeness.
The era of embodied consciousness.
The era of meeting oneself.
The Journey from Inner Chaos to Living Silence
From Inner Movement to Inner Stillness
In modern life, simply sitting down to meditate is often not enough.
Beneath the surface, the body may carry stored tension, the heart may hold unexpressed emotions, and the mind may remain filled with constant noise.
Before we can truly enter the depths of silence, we may need to gently release what has been held within us.
Creating Space for Inner Awakening
This journey begins with emotional release and conscious movement.
It is a process of creating space for our inner energy to flow naturally again.
Through awareness, presence, and embodiment, we learn to reconnect with ourselves and allow deeper layers of our being to unfold.
The Yin Path of Kundalini Awakening
Through the Yin approach to awakening Kundalini, we learn the power of softness.
We learn:
- To soften instead of force
- To surrender instead of control
- To trust instead of resist
Life-force energy does not need to be pushed.
It unfolds through awareness, acceptance, and inner harmony.
Opening Into Emotional Freedom
As we open ourselves, we discover a greater creative flow within our emotional world.
We begin to listen more deeply.
We start understanding what our experiences are revealing and embrace the lessons life invites us to learn.
Every emotion becomes an opportunity for awareness.
Every experience becomes a doorway for transformation.
Harmonising the Inner Energy Pathways
We journey through the many dimensions of our being.
We begin opening and harmonising the subtle pathways of energy within us.
As these pathways become clearer, vitality, awareness, and consciousness begin to move with greater freedom.
We experience a deeper connection between body, breath, heart, and spirit.
The Death of the Old Self
Slowly, we encounter one of the deepest teachings of the spiritual path:
“Die before you die, so that you may truly live.”
This is the process of allowing old identities, fears, attachments, and conditioned patterns to dissolve.
Not to lose ourselves.
But to discover what has always been present beneath them.
Something more authentic.
Something more alive.
Awakening Into Life
This journey is not an escape from life.
It is a deeper arrival into life.
A return to presence.
A return to awareness.
A return to the truth of who we are.
From inner chaos, we move toward living silence.

Each partner undergoes their own journey while witnessing and supporting one another in a shared field of love and awareness.
For pair-based exercises, couples can choose to work together if they wish.
What if I feel uncomfortable during a practice?
Your comfort and safety are our priority.
You will never be pressured to participate in any activity that crosses your personal boundaries.
We encourage you to explore the “tender edge” — the space between safety and growth — but always with self-awareness and consent.
If any exercise involves physical contact and you prefer not to participate, alternative non-contact or energetic options will always be provided.
Our dedicated volunteers and facilitators are always available for emotional support and guidance.
Will there be sexual practices involved?
No. There are no sexual activities or explicit sexual practices in this retreat.
While Tantra includes working with sexual energy, this retreat focuses on awakening and integrating that energy in a sacred, meditative, and non-sexual way.
Tantra, as we practice it, is a path of love, awareness, and transformation — not physical indulgence.
All practices will be conducted in a safe, respectful space honoring boundaries and spiritual integrity.
What consenting adults choose to do in private outside of the retreat is entirely personal, but the group room remains a sacred, non-sexual container at all times.
